Methodist Healthcare System will be migrating to two factor authentication in lieu of security questions. In order to continue to utilize remote access, all users must self enroll via https://gateway.hca.corpad.net/enroll while on the MHS network by December 18, 2017.
To enroll:
- Highlight and copy link above
- Click "Continue" on this page to proceed to remote access login
- Once logged in open Internet Explorer and paste web address in browser field
- Log in using your 3-4 ID and Password
- Enter a text capable phone number and personal email address
- Press SUBMIT CHANGES to save entries
- Select preferred method of PIN delivery (voice, text, email)
- Press SUBMIT CHANGES to complete process
