Approved partner institutions may offer eligible students a structured American-oriented dual diploma pathway through Meridian’s online academic completion model, while preserving their own local curriculum and institutional identity.
This partnership model is designed for institutions seeking international academic value, flexible online access, clear operational structure and a practical pathway for student advancement.

Supplementary Academic Modules
Accepted students complete supplementary academic components through the Meridian online learning portal.
The four principal module areas are:
1. American History and Society
2. American Government, Civics and Law
3. Economics, Financial Literacy and Career Readiness
4. Academic English, Research Writing and Academic Integrity
These modules are designed to complement the student’s existing secondary education and provide the additional academic framework associated with an American-oriented dual diploma pathway.
Documents Normally Required for Student Review
Partner institutions should normally prepare the following documents for student review:
• graduation certificate or enrollment confirmation
• transcript, report card or academic record
• government-issued identity document
• passport-style student photograph
• translation or verification documents where required
• any additional academic or administrative document reasonably requested during review
Partnership Process
Step 1 – Institutional Application
The institution submits its partnership request.
Step 2 – Institutional Review
Meridian reviews the institution’s profile, website and academic suitability.
Step 3 – Program Discussion
The parties review the cooperation structure, student profile and operational framework.
Step 4 – Cooperation Agreement
Approved institutions receive the relevant agreement version for formal review and signature.
Step 5 – Student Referral
The partner institution begins referring eligible students.
Step 6 – Student Review
Student documents and eligibility are reviewed individually.
Step 7 – Portal Access and Academic Completion
Accepted students receive portal credentials and complete the required supplementary modules.
Step 8 – Final Diploma Coordination
After successful completion, Meridian coordinates the final diploma process.
Important Academic and Administrative Note
The Meridian International Dual Diploma Program is not an automatic document issuance process.
Final diploma coordination takes place only after:
• institutional cooperation is established
• student documentation is reviewed
• payment procedures are completed
• portal access is provided
• supplementary academic modules are completed
• academic integrity and administrative conditions are satisfied
The ordinary completion period is approximately two to three weeks, depending on the student’s pace, English level and availability.
